Alan Rose-PA 3 weeks ago NEW Where do I begin. I've used Second Generation Mortgage Group for years. Pete, Jaime and team make you feel like family instead of just another application. Pete is totally honest and won't sugar coat anything which is what I like most. They not only get you the best rate, but they also educate you on the "why" if they can't. My last mortgage I refinanced in 2020 with 2G was 2.6%, which is why it was a no brainer to contact them for a new purchase this year. I had a contingency on the purchase that I needed to sell my townhome. The buyer of my townhome was having major issues with the bank they were using, and it was holding up my purchase for 3 weeks! My agent recommended they switch their application to 2G. Pete and Jaime had us closed in 5 DAYS! The team knew they had to get this done fast due to our situation and it must have been the fastest closing ever recorded. Pete was always available any time of day. My e-mails, texts, and calls were answered lightning-fast day or night. I would always use SGMG and now so does my agent and the buyers as well.
